The doctor picks upamedical book oneye problems. Hefinds the kind ofsymptoms mydad isdescribing. The doctor shows him the book. The book has awhole medical page explaining what heisexperiencing and apicture ofakid from the 1960s.
Mydad looks atthe picture and says, “Doc, that’s me!” The doctor says, “Yes, those are your symptoms.” Mydad says, “No, that’s meinthe picture!”

But Ihaven’t looked atthe photos since. Wehaven’t talked much. She says I’m being weird.
